Georgeann Kuhl, “Bahaia Hona” handmade paper
The Gallery at Widgeon Cove in Harpswell will celebrate 31 years featuring new work by gallery artists through Sept. 1. The public is invited to a reception on Sunday July 21, from 1 to 5 p.m.Refreshments will be served.
Gallery artist Condon Kuhl, who has work in museum and private collections, including the Columbus Museum of Art, is represented by a series of pendants focusing on the Raven. Other featured handmade paper paintings by Georgeann Kuhl found new subjects in star constellations.  The gallery also shows sculpture, jewelry and handmade books. Gallery at Widgeon Cove is open Thursday through Saturday 11 to 5, or watch for the open flag along Route 123, Harpswell.
