The Maine Crafts Association is thrilled to introduce and invite you to explore its brand new online gallery: SHOP Maine Craft!
MCA is proud to offer for online purchase hundreds of handmade craft objects made by hundreds of Maine craft artists. With the ability to shop in a socially distant manner from your couch, the park, or another state completely, it’s never been easier to find and purchase from Maine craft artists. Purchases directly support Maine craft artists and the Maine Crafts Association (a nonprofit serving artists since 1983).
The MCA’s mission is to support craft artists with educational, marketing and retail opportunities. During these unprecedented times, MCA is working to support its craft artists in new and creative endeavors. An online shopping platform allows you to safely connect with these artists.
Please browse, share, make purchases and check back at SHOP Maine Craft often. As with our gallery locations, products are constantly changing and many are one of a kind.

Why now? Sadie Bliss, MCA director explains, “The pandemic has been challenging for the MCA, our members and staff, both personally and professionally. As the uncertainties slowed, we shifted to find the silver linings, strategically rearrange and find resources, and double down on our support of Maine craft artists. Offering fine Maine craft for sale online has long been on the MCA to-do list and we’ve been encouraged by both craft artists and craft consumers to develop this resource. COVID gave us the final push we needed to put the time and resources into SHOP Maine Craft.”
