The Deer Isle Artists Association’s first show of the season, “Wake and Wonder,” will run from May 31 to June 12. Artists participating in this show are Ben Appleby-McGuire, David McBeth, Richard Newman, Rochelle Newman, David Simonds and Anne C. Williams. In the Art Rack is work by Adell Donaghue, Katama Murray, Kris Sader and Cynthia Stroud Watson. The show will feature ceramics, fiber, paintings and photographs.
A reception with the artists will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. June 3.
The DIAA Gallery is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Sundays.
The next show will be “Blooms,” from June 14 to 26.
