You’re invited to STITCH: Maine Designers on the Runway, a Fashion Fundraiser Benefiting the Maine Crafts Association featuring an evening of style, celebrating seven Maine designers in a live runway show and offering opportunities to mix and mingle with fellow supporters and followers of design, art and craft.
STITCH will also feature a fashion based pop-up Style Market. Each of the runway designers will exhibit and sell alongside five additional guest craft vendors. The market will feature apparel, jewelry, bags, hats, and other fashion related accessories, open from 5 to 8 p.m.
The event is on June 16 at Urban Farm Fermentory Tasting Room, 200 Anderson St., Portland, 5 to 8 p.m. Runway starts at 6:30 p.m.
Tickets are $50 ($40 MCA members) and support the Maine Crafts Association. They include admission to the runway show and Style Market, snacks, socializing before and after the show, a drink ticket if purchased online before June 16 at 4 p.m. for an Urban Farm Fermentory beverage (beer, jun, gruit, cider, mead + kombucha).
