New solo show from Diana Young at Eastport Gallery

Artist Diana Young’s show “I Lost My Temperas but Found My Gouaches” opened July 17 at Eastport Gallery. Young’s work is full of color and energy.

“I try to keep the excitement of the underlying drawing from being buried under the paint,” she says.

This is evident in her tiny pieces as well as her large paintings and in her temperas as well as her gouaches.
