September signals the close of summer. Kids go back to school, days are shorter and temperatures a little cooler. It’s the perfect time to take a trip to the Maine coast for some seafood and sightseeing.
Art Space Gallery in Rockland will be open during Rockland’s First Friday Art Walk from 5 to 8 p.m. Sept. 2 featuring work by Janalee Welch, Ann Rhinehardt and Linda Murray.
Art Space is a co-op gallery representing 16 Maine artists and is open daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day but Sunday, when they close at 2 p.m. Art Space Gallery is at 405 Main St., Rockland. See artspacemaine.com for details.
