Helene Farrar is excited to announce extended encaustic workshops and an encaustic retreat in Maine at a very magical place.
The first workshop will be held in Sedona, Arizona, in March for four days at the Sedona Arts Center.
“Mapping Place: A Landscape Painting Retreat in Encaustic” with two sessions will be a retreat-style workshop with a landscape painting focus in Maine.
Both of these workshops will allow participants to dig deep into the encaustic process and to settle into place to create strong, individualized work.
If interested to catching Farrar for a one-day workshop, she will be leading “Mixed Media and Wax” at the end of March at the Farnsworth Art Museum.
