Russell D’Alessio will show work in “Life’s Beautiful Moments.” Inspired by life in Bar Harbor, these works are a tribute to the beauty and joy of life’s treasured moments. Brought to life through D’Alessio’s use of vibrant color, it’s a serene day by the sea, the vibrant energy of a lively party or a quiet, reflective pause. Each of these pieces encapsulates the essence of living beautifully.
In addition, D’Alessio has been passionately working on some “Blues” — not only on his guitar but in his paintings. These vibrant and spirited pieces also pay homage to Bar Harbor. They showcase his unique ability to capture the extraordinary in the ordinary.
A meet and greet with the artist will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Sept. 6 during Artwork, an opportunity to explore the gallery, enjoy the art, enjoy a beverage, chat with the artist and perhaps find a new piece to take home.
