Good things come in small packages, and “Small Works” offers the community the opportunity to purchase items as gifts for themselves or for others.
From Aug. 30 to Sept. 11, the gallery will showcase works that can fit in a suitcase. These pieces have been created by both new and familiar artists throughout the Peninsula.
Scheduled to appear in this show are Ben Appleby-Maguire, Sarah Baskin, Daksha Baumann, Kristie Billings, Cynthia Bourque Simonds, Josh Brewer, Sarah Brewer, Melissa Buxton, Nat Dickinson, Ray Dinsmore, Peggy de Wolf, Adell Donaghue, Mary Eaton, Steve Ettlinger, Judith Felch, Jill Finsen, Susan Finsen, Alan Flowers, Sarah W. Forster, Jean Gresham, Cathy Hart, Jadyn LaDeau, Leslie Landrigan, David McBeth, Richard Newman, Rochelle Newman, Carolyn Raedle, Jeanne Rotunda, Linda Smiley, Roz Sommer, Sherry Streeter, Cynthia Stroud-Watson, Maura Tillotson, Paul Trowbridge, Ruth van Doren, Kathy Varadi, Hub White and Anne C. Williams. In the Art Rack will be work by Sara Armas, Judith Felch, Susan Finsen, Sara W. Forster, Anita Kimball, Kris Sader, Cynthia Stroud-Watson and Maura Tillotson.
The reception for this show will take place from 3 to 5 p.m. Sept. 2.
