Lawrence Hollins is the new president of the board of directors of the Maine Crafts Association & Shop Maine Craft.
Hollin is the associate publisher at Down East Enterprise, where he manages Down East Magazine and all its ancillary products, including its retail shop, adventure trips and custom publishing solutions.
Hollins joined the board of directors in July 2020 and brings 20 years of experience in the fields of publishing, leadership, sales and marketing.
Shannon Richards held the position of board president beginning in October 2020 through February 2024. Richards will continue to serve as a member of the board and oversee a smooth transition in leadership as she steps into her third term.
A March 2024 board vote additionally confirmed the appointment of two new members of the board’s executive leadership: Kyle Patnaude, board vice president and Ashley Parker, board secretary.
