Cynthia Winings Gallery presents “The Alpine Theatre of Peculiar Dreams,” an art performance by Heather Lyon and Sam Jones, at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 3.
In the words of Lyon and Jones: “We invite you on a journey outside of time through unknown terrain. The Alpine Theatre of Peculiar Dreams incorporates abstract puppetry, sound and a scroll to tell non-linear tales of geo-mythic lands and chimeric beings.”
Also on view is “Enduring Truths,” featuring work by Josephine Burr and Ben Potter. This final show of the season offers a visual experience of beauty, wonder and quiet reflection through Josephine Burr’s ceramic sculptures and collages, and Ben Potter’s elemental paintings.
There will also be new artworks on view and sculpture in the garden.
