From July 15 to 26, “Healing Color” fills the Deer Isle Artists Association gallery with the joy and solace of saturated tones. A range of mediums will be on display, including painting, ceramics, drawing, fiber, glass, wood, photography and jewelry.
Featured in this show are Christopher Brumfield, Ray Dinsmore, Mary Eaton, Maureen Farr, Judith Felch, Susan Finsen, Mary Gage-Los, Jean Gresham, Judy Holder, Patrick Keating, Susan Keating, Jaydn LaDeau, Robin Layman, Megan LeBoutillier, Debra Nygaard, Jeanne Rotunda, Walter Smalling and Cynthia Stroud-Watson.
The public is warmly invited to a reception with the artists from 4 to 6 p.m. July 18.
The gallery will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
The next show is the eagerly anticipated 12 x 12 (x12) show, which runs from July 29 to Aug. 3.
