KITTERY Liminal Light Flyer x in

The Kittery Art Association in Kittery is presenting “Liminal Light,” an exhibition focused on transitional moments, dreams and changing perspectives, through Nov. 15.

The exhibition considers the delicate light that emerges between one state and another — a poetic pause or moment of becoming. Its theme connects the study of light in visual art with the ways poets and philosophers explore change, dreams and perception.

The exhibition opened Oct. 29, and the association held an opening reception Nov. 1. The gallery, founded in 1958, features the work of Seacoast artists and hosts rotating exhibitions in Kittery Foreside.

The Kittery Art Association is at 2 Walker St., Kittery. Hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday through Sunday. For more information, call 207-451-9384, email info@kitteryartassociation.org or visit kitteryartassociation.org.
