Art Space Gallery is a 14-artist cooperative, now in its 15th year in downtown Rockland. Open hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sundays.

Gallery artists include painters in all mediums, woodworking and sculpture, metal sculpture, jewelry and small works.

In July, four artists are featured in the front gallery. Laurie Bellmore, midcoast Maine jewelry designer working in precious metal clay, and landscape painter Hannah Nelsbach, of Tenants Harbor, painted whimsy and cultural folk arts. Margaret Creighton, of Yarmouth, works in oil, watercolor and pastel landscapes. Jean Byrd, of Camden, paints oil seascapes.

Art Space Gallery is now observing consistent daily open hours in July but will not host opening receptions.

Art Space is at 405 Main St. in Rockland.
