The Maine Crafts Association has long dreamed of outfitting a home with member-made decor and jumped at the chance to partner on a staging project with Hay Runner this spring.

Hay Runner, a real estate, design and construction company owned by MCA board member Shannon Richards, partnered with New Height Group, the building developer, to stage, show and sell this 2000-square-foot luxury condo in their new Verdante at Lincoln Park building in downtown Portland. Hay Runner recruited MCA, along with other local makers and companies, to outfit this beautiful home with equally beautiful furniture, lighting, rugs, glass and tableware, cutting boards and hand towels, framed prints and other original art, with finishing touches including Maine brands in the liquor cabinet.

All individual items are for sale — or you can make an offer on the condo and all of its contents!

Want to come visit? Our pre-COVID dream included Maine-brewed cocktail parties and happy crowds of people in the space, which isn’t possible this time, but you can still come check it out. MCA staff is available and ready to mask up whenever you want to come see it. Simply email [email protected] for an appointment.

Folks interested in a formal real estate showing should contact Hay Runner at [email protected].
