The Center for Maine Contemporary Art (CMCA) invites youth and adults of all ages to take part in an ArtLab for All Ages workshop from 2 to 4 p.m. June 5 on Facebook Live.
Taking inspiration from painter David Row’s exhibit “The Shape of Things,” join community educator Alexis Iammarino to create a series of shaped paintings that explore ways to apply pattern and geometric illusions.
The free online workshop will stream live on facebook.com/cmcanow. For those tuning in locally, complimentary ArtKits containing all the supplies you will need are available for pick-up from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 2 to 5 at CMCA. For more information, email Alexis Iammarino at [email protected].
