Rockport artist Ann Tracy has created a special piece of digital art that she is offering for sale, and 50% of the price will be donated to United Help Ukraine, a nonprofit charity in Kyiv.

The print, 9 x 12 inches on archival paper printed in her studio with archival pigment inks, costs $20. Those wanting to support this effort can either email her at [email protected] or call 207-233-5230.

“I wanted to keep the price of the prints very affordable,” she said. “I truly believe that every little bit helps in raising money to help the people of the Ukraine, who are victims of the Russian war machine and the insane delusions of Putin.”

Although Tracy has only lived in the Midcoast region since June 2021, she has lived in the Portland area since 2011, when she, her husband, dog and cats moved back to the East Coast after over 20 years in Northern California. Tracy grew up in Fryeburg and Cape Neddick before her family moved south to Massachusetts and then west to Colorado, where she met her husband.

She is a member of the Knox County Arts Society, Meetinghouse Arts Gallery (Freeport) Union of Maine Artists, Monotype Guild of New England, and Professional Women Photographers. She is also a retired journalist who blogs at https://anntracy.blogspot.com.
