Curatorial Statement : “In the history of photography, the subject of ‘The Human Condition’ has probably been the most dominating,” notes curator Jan Pieter van Voorst van Beest. “I find that the strength of photography has historically been in the capture of people… In this exhibit we look at each other, at ourselves, explore and comment on our relationships and investigate humanity.”

The exhibition celebrates photography’s unique ability to capture those fleeting, authentic moments that reveal deeper truths about our shared human experience. – Jan Pieter van Voorst van Beest
